What is the most important love?

Is it the love for your sexual partner?

Is it the love for your father and mother?

Is it the love for your children?

Is it the love for the whole of humanity?

Is it the love for the Elohim?

What is the most important love?

None of the above.

The most important love is the love for yourself. If you don’t love yourself, you cannot love anybody, you cannot love humanity, you cannot love the Elohim, because you don’t love yourself.

The first thing is to love yourself, it is the most important.

To really love yourself, to love your freedom, the freedom to chose, the freedom to be yourself, the freedom to do what you feel, deeply.

Not to be forced by any structure. The couple structure, the society structure, the movement structure, any structure which limits you in your freedom of choice, limits you in your freedom of love.

So how can you love yourself more?

By destroying any structure, any limit you put to your freedom, then you can love.

The real love can only be free.

If there is no freedom there is no love, there is habit, rules, structure and no love.

So the first thing to do if you want to love yourself, is to destroy the rules you impose to yourself.

Because you have your own rules, your own rules which are completely false and that you created during your life.

You have your own limits, which you created following your education, the media, what is to be normal, even if you feel the need to be free inside you ‘’yes I want to be free but I have to respect some rules, to live in the society I have to respect the law, but also inside me I have to respect some laws’’ and then you are not free.

You cannot destroy the laws of the society, you cannot destroy the rule of the society, but you can destroy your own rules

and laws inside your head. You can destroy them and you must destroy them to feel free.

The real freedom is coming and the real freedom brings real love.

When you look at yourself in the morning in the mirror, don’t you see somebody with many ‘’I have to do this, I have to do that’’? It’s not you.

Look in the mirror and in the morning see somebody free and you love this freedom face.

That’s the only way to love yourself.

It’s never too late.

Better to start young, but you can do it at 50, at 75, it’s worth it.

Even if you die the next day, at least one day of real freedom, one day of real love for yourself, that’s what I wish to you all.

You can do it.
